Do I really need to use a body scrub?

The answer is YES!!! Using a  body scrub is essential for maintaining healthy skin. Exfoliating increases cell turn over which reveals newer, healthier skin cells.  It helps with hydration, once the layer of dead cells are removed, your skin will be better able to absorb your post~wash moisturizer.
